Short story writers, what is your favorite character you've created and do they appear in more than one of your works?

Hard call. Maybe the girl from my favorite short that ultimately died in Death’s arms after he gave her a wish for “catching” him and she wished she’d never been born. And obviously she never made it into another piece as she died.
But then I have one short that turned into four shorts, that became a novel. So I guess technically Lili is my favorite. After all I kept writing about her until it became a whole novel. However that also happened because the fans I had on literotica begged for more.
